5 days of conferences and networking

An international scientific event dedicated to fungal innovation and edible forest products. The conference is articulated around seminars, workshops and networking activities aiming at bringing together regional, national and international experts in mycology and mycotechnology to showcase mycological innovation successes from the past 5 years.

This scientific event will enable the networking of industry and research stakeholders from here and abroad, with the aim of stimulating innovation and collaborations.

Mycotechnology

Mycotechnologies harness, among other things, the extraordinary properties of mushrooms, as well as their diversity, efficiency, and specificity to develop products and processes that can be applied to diverse sectors, including agriculture, agri-food, materials, etc. Events surrounding this theme will contribute to sharing mycotechnology innovations and showcasing the substantial underexploited environmental and economic potential of fungi.

Edible Forest Products

This topic will focus on the development of solutions to optimize edible mushroom exploitation and production. Innovative cultivation techniques and food and superfood processing methods will also be addressed, among other themes.
